Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we're here to help. Please read the conditions below and contact us at bright@rytm.health.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

For items damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped, we extend this window to 30 days from the date of receipt.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Do not send items back before receiving a return authorisation from us. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

For returns due to customer preference (change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

For returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account (typically 3–5 business days).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Sessions and Retreats

Bookings for in-person sessions and retreats are subject to the following cancellation policy:

In the event we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap for a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and original packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
